Ordering Terms

Our primary place of business operation is within the State of Massachusetts, United States of America. All orders & purchases are made within the State of Massachusetts and are subject to the laws and commercial regulations of the State of Massachusetts.

 All information provided to Karmin Direct for an order or purchase is subject to verification.

 We are a retail establishment; we do not offer wholesale pricing. Volume discount may be available on certain items, subject to our discretion. Please contact us for details. (Minimum order dollar value will apply. Assortment requirement applies. Contact us for details).

 Please note that product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or due to monitor settings. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Orders placed are subject to our Returns Policy. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Order Shipment is subject to carrier limitations. We cannot adjust parcels once in transit. Delivery times do not include the day the order was shipped/placed.

 Shipments returned as “refused delivery” or “undeliverable” may be subject to actual shipping charges, PLUS return shipping charges as imposed by the carrier and all other fees & charges involved with the handling of the returned shipment.

 Undelivered shipments are subject to a reshipment fee if requested for reshipment.

 Replacement goods are shipped via standard shipment. Express shipping is not available. Expedited shipping charges/fees on replacement goods may be the responsibility of the customer.

 Orders placed before 2PM (Eastern Time) on Monday through Friday are usually shipped out the SAME or NEXT business day. Orders placed after 2PM (Eastern Time) on a Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Occasionally, an order may need extra processing time due to issues with the order, such as inventory stock or payment method. We also made need additional handling time during busy seasons such as holidays.

 U.S. orders will be shipped using either USPS, UPS, or FedEx; free shipping orders will ship via the carrier that is most economical. Make sure you provide an address that the carrier delivers to (i.e., for USPS you need to have a mail receptacle). Please be aware that for items that are too large to place in your mailbox, the carrier will leave the package on your doorstep / porch, (or mailroom if applicable), unless it requires signature confirmation. We might at our discretion put a signature confirmation requirement on certain high-value orders at our own choice and cost. We are not responsible for items that are stolen or missing after the carrier has marked them as delivered.

 We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also continue to receive updates throughout the process, including when your order has shipped and when it has been delivered. Tracking numbers are provided on all orders — this will be sent to you with your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder, and contact us at karmindirect@gmail.com

 Please note that we will attempt to combine shipments whenever possible. This means if you have placed separate orders within a short amount of time, and the orders are scheduled to be shipped the same day, these orders will be combined into one package when we are able. This will happen if the same person has ordered items to be shipped to the same address, and items fit together in one larger box.

 While most orders arrive within 5-7 business days of shipment, sometimes there are issues that come up beyond our control, including delays caused by weather. If you haven’t received your order after 8 business days of shipment for U.S. orders (and 4 weeks for international) and the tracking hasn’t been updated recently, please contact us at karmindirect@gmail.com and provide your order number and we will do what we can to assist you.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, USPS (as well as other major mail carriers, including UPS) will often leave packages outside your residence, near your front door. This usually happens when no one is at home to accept an item that doesn't fit in your mailbox, but it can also happen if the mail carrier does not knock or ring the doorbell to see if someone is home.

If you are worried that your package might be stolen after it is delivered (such as if you live on a busy street with a lot of foot traffic), we recommend you pay a little extra to have Signature Confirmation services included. This means that when your package is delivered, the mail carrier is required to get a signature from someone at the residence as proof of delivery (it does not have to be the addressee, it could be a roommate or relative). If no one is home to sign for the package, a notice will be left instructing you to pick it up at your local post office.

Please note that if the package tracking shows as delivered, Karmin Direct is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Order Modification / Cancellation

Orders may be modified or canceled prior to the transmittal for processing the order. Once an order is processed by our shipping services, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate any request, however we are not able to guarantee modifications to orders sent for fulfillment.

 

Credit Cards

Orders paid by Credit Card should adhere to our Address Validation standards – which are dictated by card issuers (your bank). Orders without a proper billing address provided may be rejected and/or cancelled. (Billing Address is the address at which you receive your credit card statement.). Orders paid by Credit Card may NOT ship across country lines (Payment using a card issued in a country other than your own.)

 

Check/Money Order

Orders paid by check/money order will be shipped AFTER receipt of payment. Payments made by Check/money order are subject to verification. Payments that are unverifiable may be rejected. No Collect-on-Delivery (COD) service is available.

 

International Customers

International Orders are subject to Customs regulation and US & International Law.

 We ship to most countries serviced by USPS. You can check your country by visiting USPS (United States Postal Service). We are unable to mark forms as “gift” due to US & Foreign Customs regulations. Exchange & Return orders may be marked as such.

 International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by your government. We do not impose these charges at time of sale – and these charges are NOT part of the cost of shipping. These fees may be due at the time of delivery if they apply to your purchase. Please contact your local Customs office or Post Office for more information on any applicable duties or taxes on your import.

 We do not ship International via Courier. We do not allow or ship by unauthorized shipping methods, such as pickup by your courier or agent.

 Unclaimed International orders are subject to shipping & handling fees. International packages that are returned as refused, unclaimed, or customs not paid will be assessed a charge of the actual shipping costs of the package, and any other costs incurred in the processing & handling of your order.
